TITLE: Training and Development Specialist
DUTIES: Training and Development Specialist to assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees and managers to develop workplace safety programs; develop training procedure manuals and course materials and direct orientation and training programs; evaluating modes of training delivery to optimize training effectiveness and costs, and reporting to management; offer specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills; perform administrative tasks such as monitor system, schedule training session and coordinate recruitment; and monitor and evaluate all training activities and program effectiveness and developing alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
